What does SurPlus entail?
January 1, 2021 we started with the following topics:
- Professionalization | As Schouten & Nelissen and its labels, we want to offer more than just the implementation of training.
- Ambassadorship | Strengthening our joint ambassadorship towards our relations
- Performance based reward | An extra reward for better performance. In addition, insight will also be given into your own performance.

What is SurPlus and why was it created?
Well, it's like this. Freelancers who work on our behalf are extremely important and we see them as elementary . You work daily with employees of our relations to get the best out of themselves.
We know this and yet we feel that relationship can be strengthened . Under the name of SurPlus, we have defined the outlines of a program in which the renewed collaboration takes shape.
Professionalisation
As a Surplus member you can participate in professionalization moments. Here you will find the dates, times and themes. Our starting point is to facilitate meetings, so face2face.
Registration for the event is mandatory and can be done via the button below.
If it is face2face, the walk-in will be from 6 p.m. And we will provide a snack and a drink.
The workshop itself starts at 7:00 PM.
