Learning & Development Consultant
What will you do?
As an L&D Consultant, you are responsible for the development of our learning solutions for our clients. You combine vision with decisiveness and have a keen eye for quality, client impact, and commercial opportunities. You know how to translate complex organizational challenges into learning and change approaches that truly move organisations.
You develop and lead large-scale training and organisational development projects for national and international clients.
You act as a trusted advisor to C-level and HR directors and work with leadership teams on strategic growth.
You write winning proposals and pitch them convincingly to prospects and clients.
You design impactful learning programmes—from strategic concept to execution.
You build and maintain sustainable client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and work closely with sales colleagues on growth and cross-sell.
You facilitate high level design sessions with clients and stakeholders and can also deliver a pilot training if needed.
Functievereisten
What do you bring?
Academic working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, (organisational) psychology, educational science, or pedagogy.
At least 10 years of experience as an L&D consultant and proven expertise in learning design, organisational development, and change management.
Experience in strategic advice at management and board level.
A clear vision on learning, development, and the role of L&D in organisational growth.
Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills; you navigate complex organisations with ease.
Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.
Experience in international and intercultural contexts.
Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
